Corporate Cards

Corporate cards live on the Company tab (admins only).

  • No cards yet? You'll see an empty state saying there are no saved cards.
  • Add a card: click + Add card. Depending on your payment provider, card details are entered on the provider's side or right in the window; after confirmation the card appears in the list (this can take a few seconds).
  • Set default: open the card menu (⋮) → Set as default; the "Default" mark moves to that card.
  • Remove (archive): card menu → Archive. The card isn't deleted permanently — it moves to Archived ▸ Company and stops being offered at payment.
  • Archiving the default card auto-promotes the next card to default; there's never a state without a default card.
  • If you see a note that cards won't be offered at payment, the Card method is turned off in the payment-methods section. Saved cards are offered only after you enable it.
