Employees' Personal Cards

  • Employees always see the Personal tab and can add or archive their own cards at any time.
  • Whether a personal card can actually be used to pay is controlled by the "Allow employees to use personal cards" toggle on the Company tab (save after changing it). On → personal-card payment is available. Off → the employee still sees the tab and manages cards, but at payment sees a note that this method isn't available to them.
  • Employees have no access to the Company tab or corporate cards — those are admins only.
  • Managing your cards: add a card, set a default, and archive. If you archive your default card, the next card in the list automatically becomes the default.
