Before, a booking above the travel-policy limit had to be cancelled or paid entirely by the company. Now the company pays up to its limit and the employee tops up the difference from a personal card.
For the supplier and confirmation it's still one order, one booking, one reference number — no double bookings. Money is taken from both sides at the same moment, and the booking is confirmed.
