Where the payment is shown
- A Split payment badge in the order header.
- A finance card with two lines: "Company paid $300 — Card" and "Employee paid $60 — Personal card".
- The receipt, PDF itinerary and the employee's email show both amounts and the masked details of both cards.
- Paid by invoice: the booking is confirmed immediately without waiting for the invoice; the company line reads "awaiting payment", then "paid" once received.
Cancellations and refunds
- Refunds are split proportionally to the paid shares (company $300 of $360, employee $60 → full refund returns $300 to the company, $60 to the employee).
- The corporate part returns to the company balance. The employee's part is refunded to their card manually by a manager — automatic card refunds aren't available yet.
- If the supplier keeps a penalty, a manager decides how to split the withheld amount with the client — no automatic proportional recalculation of penalties yet.
- Invoice not yet paid → the invoice is voided and the employee's part is returned.
- No-show (supplier kept the full amount) → no refund to either side.
Reports & current limits
- The cash report shows only the corporate part by default (employee top-ups don't mix into company turnover); a separate "personal top-ups" filter shows them. Client reports count only the corporate part into revenue. A per-period split-usage export is available.
- Works for hotels, flights, rail, only with price limits configured. Personal and corporate cards must be with the same payment provider. One split and one personal card per booking (incl. multi-passenger flights — the top-up can't be split between passengers).
