Accessing Your Travel Documents

Once payment for your corporate travel booking has been completed, all required travel documents will become available in your Personal Account. This ensures secure, centralized access to all documentation needed for your business travelers.

Where to Find Your Documents

To access your travel documents:

  1. Log in to your Personal Account
  2. Navigate to the corresponding booking
  3. Locate the documents section within that booking

Important: Documents will only be available after full payment has been made for the booking.

Critical: Document Verification Before Distribution

Please make sure to carefully check all documents before handing them over to your clients!

This verification step is essential to ensure a smooth travel experience for your business travelers. Before distributing documents to travelers, thoroughly review:

  • Passenger names (spelling and order)
  • Travel dates and times
  • Flight numbers and routes
  • Booking reference numbers
  • Any special service requests
  • Passenger contact information
  • Ticket numbers and fare details

Even minor errors in travel documentation can cause significant disruptions, including denied boarding or complications during check-in.

Requesting Corrections

If you discover any incorrect or inaccurate information in the documents, you can submit a correction request quickly and efficiently:

How to Submit a Correction Request

  1. Navigate to the confirmed booking in your Personal Account
  2. Locate the message form within that booking
  3. Submit your correction request through this form, clearly describing the error and the correct information

By using the message form within the specific booking, your correction request will be properly tracked and processed in connection with the right reservation. This ensures faster resolution and maintains a clear record of all communications related to the booking.

Best Practices

  • Review immediately: Check documents as soon as they become available after payment
  • Allow time for corrections: Submit correction requests well in advance of travel dates to allow sufficient processing time
  • Double-check critical details: Pay special attention to passport names, dates, and flight information
  • Keep records: Maintain copies of all communications regarding document corrections
