Is travel insurance included in my bookings?
Travel insurance is not included by default when you book flights or hotels through Travel Code. If you or your team need coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or other travel-related incidents, you'll need to arrange it separately.
How to add travel insurance
To add travel insurance to your corporate travel program:
- Contact your account manager — they can discuss coverage options that fit your company's travel policy and booking volume
- Reach out to support — our team can guide you through available providers and help coordinate insurance for upcoming trips
