Company modules let you shape Travel Code for your company. Switch off what you don't use, such as car rental, and it disappears from menus, search and pages for everyone in the company.
Where to find it
Click your avatar → Settings → Companies → Modules (/app/company-modules), on the "Company modules" page.
How to switch a module on or off
- Open Settings → Companies → Modules.
- Stay on your company's mode tab (Corporate, Personal Travel or Crew).
- Flip the switch next to the module. The change applies to everyone in the company.
To go back to the standard setup, click Reset to defaults.
What you can switch
- Bookable content: Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Rail, Transfers, Buses, Airbnb. Airbnb also requires the plan that includes it.
- Other modules, grouped by area: Travel booking, Travel profiles, Group booking, Wallet, Expense management, Analytics, Approvals, Travel policy, Plans and upgrades.
What happens when a module is off
- It disappears from the menu for the whole company.
- Its search tab is hidden.
- Book and the logo open the first content type that is still on.
- Pages for that module show "Section turned off" with a Go to Trips button.
- Existing orders, payments and refunds keep working as before.
FAQ
We don't use car rental. Can we hide it? Yes. Switch off Car rental. It disappears from search and menus for all employees.
Does switching a module off cancel existing bookings? No. Existing orders and refunds keep working. New bookings of that type are no longer offered.
Why can't I change modules? Modules are managed by the account owner. Other users who open the page see how the company is set up.
Can we switch from Personal Travel to Corporate? Contact your Travel Code manager to change the mode.
