Keep your details up to date so bookings go through smoothly: the names and documents on your profile are used when you book.
Where to find it
Click your avatar or name at the bottom of the left sidebar → Profile → My profile:
- Basic information: photo, names in Latin letters, phone, emergency contact, email, nationality, date and time format.
- Travel profile (
/app/travel-profile): your documents, loyalty cards and default nationality used when booking.
How to change your phone number
- Open Profile → My profile → Basic information.
- Update Phone and save.
How to add your passport and loyalty cards
- Open Profile → My profile → Travel profile.
- Fill in Sex, Birthday and Default nationality.
- Under Documents, click Add document, choose the document type and enter the number, issue and expiry dates and nationality. Tick Use by default for the document you usually travel with.
- Under Loyalty cards, click Add card, choose the type (airline card, Known Traveller Number or Redress number), then enter the programme and number.
- Fill in any custom fields your company uses, and click Save. You see "Travel profile saved".
Good to know
- Your first and last name in Latin letters are edited on Basic information, not on Travel profile.
- If you see "Complete your travel profile to start booking", check that your Latin first and last name are on Basic information and that sex, birthday and nationality are on Travel profile.
- If your role is Traveller, your email and emergency contact are managed by your company, because your email is your sign-in. Ask your Director or Travel manager to change them.
FAQ
I moved to another country. Can I change my phone? Yes. Go to Basic information → Phone.
Why can't I change my email? If your role is Traveller, your email is your company sign-in. Your Director or Travel manager can change it.
Where do I add my passport or frequent-flyer card? Profile → My profile → Travel profile → Documents or Loyalty cards.
The banner still says to complete my profile. Check your Latin names on Basic information and your sex, birthday and nationality on Travel profile.
