Why have "Show it without approval" if violating options can simply be hidden?

"Show it without approval" is useful when the company wants the employee to see that they can't book and why: the option is shown with the Violates policy badge, but booking it is blocked. It provides transparency: the employee understands the limits and can discuss them with the manager. "Hide it from results" is a stricter mode for when the policy must be enforced without discussion.
