What happens with different fares for the same flight?

Each fare is checked individually. The same flight may have a valid economy fare and a violating business fare at once. The employee sees both. The business fare carries the Violates policy badge: with "Show it and send for approval" it can be booked only through approval, with "Show it without approval" or "Hide it from results" it is blocked or hidden.
