How does the "No later than N days before check-in" rule work?

Days until check-in are checked. If fewer than N days remain until check-in, the booking is a violation. Note: full days between today and the check-in date are counted. With a "7 days" rule and check-in in exactly 7 days — violation; in 8 days — valid.
