You can see which devices and integrations are signed in to an employee's account and end them, for example when someone leaves or loses a laptop.
Where to find it
Settings → People (/app/employees) → open an employee → Sessions tab.
How to sign an employee out
- Open People and click the employee.
- Go to the Sessions tab. It lists the browser sessions and integrations with access to the account, with Last active for each.
- Click Sign out next to a single session, or click Sign out everywhere to end all of them, including automatic sign-in.
Good to know
- You manage sessions for people in your own company.
- Travel Code also signs a person out everywhere automatically when you archive them, or when you switch them from employee to guest traveller.
- When a person adds or removes a passkey, they are signed out on their other devices automatically.
FAQ
An employee has left. How do I cut their access now? Open the employee → Sessions → Sign out everywhere. Archiving the employee signs them out as well.
An employee lost their laptop. What should I do? Open their Sessions tab, find the laptop and click Sign out, or use Sign out everywhere.
Can a Travel manager do this? Yes, for people in their company.
