When you enter your email on the sign-in page, we send you a one-time link. Open it to get straight into the platform — no password needed.
The email didn't arrive
On the "Check your email" screen, press Resend — a new sign-in link will be sent. Also check your Spam folder and that the email address is correct.
How long is the link valid?
The link works for 15 minutes and can be used only once.
The link expired or was already used
Request sign-in again — a fresh, working link will arrive. Each new link cancels the previous one, so always open the most recent email.
Opening the link in a browser where you're already signed in
You don't need the link — you're already signed in in that browser, so you'll see a message that the link is no longer valid. To sign in somewhere else, open the sign-in page there and request a new link from that device.
Can I open the link on another device?
Yes. You can open the link on any device — but only once, and within 15 minutes.
