- Pay the order. Filing starts once payment is through.
- We file. The application goes to the official portal, the government fee is paid from our account, and the portal reference is recorded.
- We watch it. Portals answer in anything from minutes to two weeks; we poll them and record every change.
- You get the result. The approval PDF lands on the application and in the order, ready to print or keep on a phone.
Where to track it
On the My applications tab: status, the program, the traveller, trip dates, the fees paid, the portal reference and the documents. The same statuses appear on the order itself, so a travel manager sees them next to the flights.

Our team contacts you by email with what is needed and what happens to the fee.
