Order opens a drawer on the right with everything the application needs.
1. Which trip is this for?
Pick the trip the visa belongs to and we take the dates, the destination, the hotel and the travellers with their passports straight from it. The list only offers upcoming trips to the country you are getting the visa for; if there are none, you can still see the other upcoming trips or start a separate visa-only order.
Attaching to a trip keeps the visa on the same order as the flight and the hotel, so the whole trip is paid and reported in one place.
2. Passport details
Only for travellers added by passport country. Enter the details exactly as printed in the passport: names in Latin letters, date of birth, sex, passport number and expiry. We create the traveller profile from them, so the next trip needs no retyping.
You can attach a photo or scan of the passport page (JPEG, PNG or PDF). Most portals do not ask for an upload, but it lets our team check the typed data against the document.
3. Details the portal asks for
A contact email, a contact phone and the city at the destination. Everything else comes from the passport.
4. Before you order
Government fees are paid to the authorities the moment an application is filed and are not refundable if the application is refused. The service fee covers the filing work, not a guaranteed approval. No government or consulate guarantees a visa, and neither can we.
Pressing Order creates the order, or adds the visa to the trip you attached it to.
