The Health monitoring tab shows which travel policy rules are broken most often. A rule that is broken too often is usually too strict or outdated. A rule that is never broken may not be needed.
Where to find it
Click your avatar → Settings → Trip settings → Travel policies → Health monitoring tab.
How to check your policy rules
- Open Travel policies and switch to Health monitoring.
- Review the rules. They're ranked by how often bookings sent for approval were out of policy over the last 30 days.
- Set the Alert threshold in % (20% by default). Rules above it are highlighted.
For each rule you see the Policy, Service, Bookings, Out-of-policy, Exception rate %, Approved and Rejected.
Good to know
- An exception is a basket item sent for approval that was flagged as out of policy.
- When no rule is above the threshold, you see "Nothing to flag yet — No rules are breaching their threshold for this period."
- The Approved and Rejected columns show how approvers decided on those exceptions.
