Reminders
Nobody has to remember expiry dates. Travel Code sends a reminder 30, 14, 7 and 1 day before a credit expires and on the day, as one daily digest listing every credit that is due, soonest first, with a button to search flights on that airline.
Reminders go to the people who book for the company — the account owner, directors and travel managers — through the standard notification settings: user menu → Profile → Notifications, group Airline credits. Each person chooses the channel: email, Telegram, and the in-app bell.
Reporting
The Airline Credits Performance report (Analytics) shows the whole lifecycle:
- total outstanding value;
- redemption rate;
- what expires in the next 30 / 60 / 90 days;
- expired value by month;
- credits by airline and by traveller;
- how well reminders convert into bookings.
