Personal Trip: Booking a Private Trip Through Your Company

Last updated on Aug 12, 2026

Personal Trip lets you book on your company's platform — same fares, content and prices — but the trip counts as personal: company travel policy isn't applied, no approval is needed, you pay with your own money, and the order isn't visible to colleagues.

Turning it on

Open the account block in the left menu (where the company name is) → the dropdown → the Personal Trip toggle. The page reloads when you switch — that's expected (policy, approval and payment options are computed on the server). To go back to business trips, switch it off.

  • The mode is remembered — it survives a reload and re-login until you turn it off.
  • If search results look unchanged right after switching, just re-run the search.
  • The toggle appears for everyone whose company allows personal payment methods (no role restrictions). Works on both travel-code.com and travelhub.by.

What it affects

For flights, rail, buses and hotels, company policy no longer applies. Transfers, car rental and Airbnb don't have policy configured anyway, so there the mode only changes payment, the absence of approval, and order privacy.
