Travel policy
In Personal Trip mode company limits are not applied for flights, rail, buses or hotels. Options above the limit, out of class or out of category are shown alongside the rest and aren't marked "out of policy". If several policies apply to you, none of them applies in the mode; and changing a policy while the mode is on doesn't affect your search (the limits take effect again once you turn the mode off).
Approval
Personal orders are not sent for approval, even if they cost more than the work limits — and even if approval is configured for any purchase. No approval task is created and the approver sees nothing. To restore the normal approval route, switch the mode off.
