Who can see a personal order
Only the person who bought it. It doesn't appear in shared order lists for colleagues, the director or the administrator. Order lists have a trip-type filter so business and personal trips are separated. You can add a colleague as a passenger — privacy is by buyer, so a colleague passenger won't see the order in their own lists. A personal order still opens by direct link for anyone who has access to that order. Older orders paid with a personal card are private in the same way.
Reports and budget
Personal orders are excluded from the company acts report. They still appear in other reports and analytics. A personal trip is not counted against the company budget — budget spend is tracked from corporate cards, and a personal trip is paid by personal card or crypto.
Cancellations and refunds
Use the general order cancellation — there's no separate flow for personal trips. Anyone with access to the order can initiate it. No approval is involved in a cancellation.
